Why set up and account ?

Setting up an account gives you certain flexibility privileges when booking admission tickets. 

You will be able to amend the date and time of your visit up to 120 hours in advance of your visit. If you wish to change closer to your visit or if you have not made an account, at the management’s discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, emailed requests to ticketadmin@lemurattractions.co.uk to alter date and time of visit will be considered, but are not guaranteed and always subject to availability.

If you do not communicate with us in good time we will not be able to help you change. No shows will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

Tickets purchased are taken from an allocation that has a maximum and your purchase will prevent them from being purchased and used by other visiting customers, therefore no refunds are available.  Just as any other ticket for performances, films, events etc.
