Day Ticket - yes that's right they're back!  A limited number of day tickets are available every operational day.

If Day Tickets are sold out for a particular day - please check other visit durations as we have a mixture of tickets operating each day which may still be available - or try for another day.

Essential Companion Ticket: +1 Access Ticket

If you hold an Access Card displaying the +1 symbol, please follow the steps below to request a complimentary Essential Companion Ticket. The companion must be 18 years or older and must enter the water. No other forms of evidence will be accepted.

Already have an Access Card/Splashdown Poole Digital Access Pass?

This process needs to be followed for every booking made, regardless of any previous visits. 

  1. Book all standard tickets (excluding the Essential Companion Ticket) through our usual booking system.

  2. Email ticketadmin@lemurattractions.co.uk with:

    • Your Access Card/Digital Pass, including the full name and ID number. The +1 must be allocated to request an Essential Companion ticket. Digital Access Passes  must be specifically issued for Splashdown Poole to be valid.

    • Your order number

  3. We will verify your Access Card/Digital Access Pass and add the Essential Companion Ticket to your booking.

  4. A new confirmation email will be sent to you with all updated tickets for your visit.

Remember: Bring your physical Access Card or Digital Access Pass confirmation email with you on the day of your visit. A quick check will be completed at reception.

  2. Choose between a free Digital Access Pass, only accepted at Splashdown Waterparks Poole, or upgrade to a physical Access Card to receive access to thousands of venues for just £15.00 for 3 years.

  3. Start Your Application.

  4. Allow 7 days for your application to be processed before visiting Splashdown Waterparks Poole.

  5. If a +1 has been awarded, follow the steps above to secure your Essential Companion Ticket.

Depending on what date and time you choose to visit you can spend up to 10 hours with us - giving you plenty of time for all the slides, something to eat and hopefully a little lay in the sunoo!  Ideal for sunny days in the holidays when all you have to do is have fun.

KINDLY NOTE you MUST arrive at the waterpark between the arrival times printed on your ticket. Arrival outside of these times does not guarantee entry, you may have your session cut short if you arrive late and entry will be subject to the prevailing operating conditions.

Please make sure you have selected the correct DAY and ARRIVAL TIME before continuing with your purchase.  There are *NO REFUNDS for tickets you do not use as they are taken from an allocation that could have been purchased by someone else.

The waterpark continues to operate in ALL WEATHERS and you will be expected to attend for your booked session.

    Subject to the normal park safety rules, this ticket gives access to the whole waterpark including Shipwreck Island. Shipwreck Island is for children under the age of 12 and their accompanying family. Children aged 9 to 11 are permitted to be in the waterpark as long as they have at least one adult supervisor (18+) on site (at your own risk). Adults must purchase either a standard ticket or if not wishing to use the flumes, a spectator ticket.

    0 19 max

Shipwreck Island is for children under the age of 12 and their accompanying family.     Child Aged 5 to 8 years old Subject to the normal park safety rules children in this age bracket may use all of the waterpark and Shipwreck Island with this ticket. They MUST be accompanied at ALL times, including at, but not sliding together, the slides. Accompanying adults are not allowed to supervise more than 2 children in this age range.

    This ticket is required for anyone who wishes to enter the waterpark but does not plan to use the slides or main pool areas. It is also required for any adults accompanying children using Shipwreck Island. Spectating Ticket holders may only enter the water within the Shipwreck Island area.
